Borovets is the first and still the most popular Bulgarian mountain resort. Its located 11 km away from Samokov and 75 km away from Sofia (only 50 minutes drive from the airport). Easy accessibility from all parts of Bulgaria allows us to making fast and accurate services of maintenance, renovation and repair of our complexes. Borovets offers splendid climatic conditions all the year. Summer is cool, winter is open. The snow stays longer than on other resorts in Bulgaria as it is located at the highest point in the mountains - 1350 m above sea level - at the foot of Summit Moussala (2925 m), the highest peak on the Balkans. The specific geographical situation of Borovets leads to unique national-style mountainous architecture of its houses. There are a lot of different types of buildings – rural houses, family mansions, holiday chalets and villas, surrounded by pine forests, mountain slopes and large gardens. Our important goal is to respect Old Bulgarian traditions in architecture, and we always do this, by using natural building materials: stone facing, roof tiles and natural wood details. Borovets is reservation area and a National Park, and his healthy atmosphere makes the resort an attractive place for relaxation. The summer of 2004 marks the start of the Super Borovets Project. This project was estimated to cost 300 million Euros and will turn Borovets and the surrounding area into one of the most attractive resorts in Bulgaria. That fact, with positive foreign press coverage and the expectation that EU membership in 2007 will lead to an increase in the standard of living, taking Borovets properties prices with it.
